At 39, the Managing Director has been on the Board since the company’s inception. With a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Poona and an MS in Advanced Information Technology from IIIT Pune, he oversees systems and quality assurance for the company.

Shirish Madhukar Pande

Chairman, Executive Director & CFO

Shirish Madhukar Pande, 64, is the Executive Director, Chairman, and CFO of our company. A founding member, he holds Commerce degrees from the University of Poona. On the Board since incorporation, he manages financials, administration, and HR, and became CFO on February 12, 2022.

Nikhil Shirish Pande

Non-Executive Director

Nikhil Shirish Pande, aged 41, is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds a Master's degree in International Business and Emerging Markets from the University of Edinburgh. Since incorporation, he has overseen domestic and international business development, sales, and marketing.

Mangaaysh Mahaadev

Aged 42, he is an Independent Director, appointed on March 15, 2023. He holds a Bachelor's in Commerce from the University of Pune and has over 14 years of experience in branding and design, successfully managing his own venture.
