1986

Relocated to a purpose-built machine
shop in Pashan.

1987

Procured lathe, drilling, and other machines.
Upgraded to special purpose machines.
Expanded customer portfolio.

1987-2001

Relocated to a larger facility.
Equipped it with VMC and CNC machines.
Built a strong technical team of 150+ employees.

2001 Onwards

Mr. Shirish Pande took over as the sole owner of the company.

Earned the prestigious ISO 9001:2004 certification.
Took significant strides into global markets.

Overseas business operations gradually rose to almost 20% to our overall turnover.

2005

Overseas business surged to over 75% over the years.
Relocated to a new 70,000 sq. ft. facility.

The overseas business reached 95%.
Mr. Nikhil Pande moved to Glasgow, UK and established Ameya Europe Ltd.
