Ethics & Compliance

The following code of conduct has been approved by the board of directors

Ethical conduct

All directors and employees shall deal on behalf of the Company with professionalism, honesty, integrity as well as high morale and ethical standards. Such conduct shall be fair and transparent and be perceived to be as such by third parties.

Conflict of interest

Employees shall not engage in any business, relationship, or activity, that might detrimentally conflict with the interest of the company.

Transparency

Employees shall ensure that their actions in the conduct of business are transparent except, in case of business confidentiality and security articulated in appropriate policies, systems, and processes.

Legal compliance

Employees shall ensure compliance regarding relevant and updated laws and regulations affecting company operations. In case of an unclear implication, the course of action must be supported by a legal counsel’s documented opinion.

Rightful use of assets

The tangible and intangible assets of the company shall be employed for the duly authorized purpose of conducting the business. They shall not be misused for personal purposes.

Cost Consciousness

Employees of the company shall strive to ensure optimum utilization of available resources and exercise care to secure economical pricing and minimize wastage.

SEBI Regulations

Employees shall ensure that confidential information gained in their official capacity is not utilized for individual profit. They shall not provide any information to any publicity media unless specifically authorized to do so.

Suppliers & Customer Relationships

Employees shall neither receive nor offer, payments, remuneration, gifts, donations, or comparable benefits that are intended or perceived to obtain business or uncompetitive favors for the conduct of business.

How we follow these ethics

Provide a safe work environment, believing worker safety is absolutely critical to its success.

Continuously develop, communicate and promote health and safety awareness amongst employees, contractors, visitors  and the public.

Provide safety orientation, procedures, training and necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to all those present at our facility.

Measure and evaluate safety performance using key performance indicators (KPI’s).

Maintain a process to promote continuous improvement of its safety management system, processes and results.
